Jody Langlois

Jody is currently completing a Bachelor of Science, majoring in Ecology and Conservation Biology at UOW. With an interest in marine animal conservation and ecology, and a strong focus on cetaceans and palliative care during live strandings, Jody is passionate about contributing to marine research and welfare. A career changer, Jody brings a unique perspective and dedication to the field. She is an active member and secretary of the Organisation for the Rescue and Research of Cetaceans in Australia (ORRCA), a licensed marine mammal rescuer and participates across several ORRCA subcommittees. As a volunteer with the MAVE lab, Jody supports research on isotopic data in cetaceans.
